"That was the best Red Flannel Cruise yet..."

The Red Flannel is one of the annual boating events at LaSalle Yacht Club. We have a very diverse and active boating community with a number of scheduled events throughout the season as well as a number of informal groups who roam the high seas together. On summer weekends your likely to see the LYC Burgee on boats on Lake Erie, up and down the New York Barge Canal, as well as all along the upper Niagara River.

Our Social Calendar offers a number of varied events from informal summer affairs like our annual Steak Roast or Lobster Broil, where your fellow members serve as chef of the day, to formal annual events like the Commodore's Ball or the Installation Dinner Dance. Other popular events during the past year include our Opening Day Flag raising and brunch, a Mardi Gras party, Halloween party, our annual Christmas Dinner Dance and a rousing Super Bowl party. The Social Calendar is set annually by our Social director and his/her social committee. This years 2008 Social Director is Natalie Driscoll.

Traveling around the country? Your LaSalle Yacht Club membership card will also be honored for reciprocal privileges at Yacht Clubs across the United States.
